Scottish law firm Morton Fraser has appointed Martin Glover as HR (Human Resources) Director. Martin joins Morton Fraser from global research and consulting organisation, Wood Mackenzie, where he was Global Head of Talent and Organisational Development. He has also previously worked for Edinburgh City Council, leading its HR and Organisational Development teams. He brings a wealth of commercial understanding from other roles with companies including G E Oil and Gas and AEGON UK.

At Morton Fraser, he will help further grow the firm’s reputation for providing a flexible and stimulating working environment. He will be tasked with implementing the firm’s people development strategy and fostering a positive culture of learning throughout the business.
