In order to help shape the next steps in our journey of delivery of an amazing customer experience, we are looking to recruit a Head of People.

This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will support the Board of Directors in the strategic development of the business and how to heighten staff engagement to ensure that high levels of customer service are delivered internally and externally. This is an exciting new role that will be pivotal in positioning the business for its future endeavours.

You will have a proven experience of engaging people in change and engagement, as well as a record of solid delivery of good HR practice and positive interaction with Trade Unions and workforces and the ability to have a ‘can do’ attitude on the shop floor, whilst aligning this with an overarching delivery of strategy.
